Our policy and Conditions
By joining the tour with the Amazing Aurora, you will accepting the following conditions.
Terms of Booking: In advanced paid bookings only can participate at our tour. Exceptions can only be made by in beforehand issued written confirmation from Amazing Aurora AS.
Terms of liability: Amazing Aurora AS advises all costumers to look for and to have comprehensive travel insurance which covers both health and material issues. Amazing Aurora does make every effort to take care of the safety of its costumers and their personal property, but doesn’t take any responsibility what so ever for personal happenings beyond its control during or outside of the tour. Health Conditions
To participate in one of our tours, you have to be in a suitable physical and psychological/mental health situation. You have to notify us about it, if in case there is any health issues. We strongly recommend to our costumers to have a proper travel health insurance”. We hold the right to cancel or refuse your booking in case which seem questionable.
PHOTOS
The photos taken on our tour will be sent to you few days after the tour in a high resolution format. We behold the copy rights reserved for this photos. The photo will be for your private use and you are not allowed to resell any of them neither use it in any promotional purposes for juridical and private persons. If you don’t want us to use your photos in our promotional usage, please send us a notice about it to contact@amazingarctic.com.
PICKING –UP AND DROPPING-OFF
We will pick you up at your hotel on the Tromsø Island. For all of other costumers living in private homes or hotels outside of the Tromsø Island, will the pick-up and drop-off point be in the front of the Aurora Tour office, Kirkegata 2, 9008 Tromsø in the Tromsø city center. Please make sure you know the meeting point in beforehand to avoid confusions on the day of your tour. Don’t rely only on your Google Map. Use also other sources to make sure you are meeting at the right meeting point. If still not sure ask taxi drivers or local people.
DURING THE TOUR
Please show respect for the nature and wildlife, and it is not allowed to disturb them. You preferably must be sober, but at least not affected by alcohol since it interferes with other participants. The consumption of alcohol is not allowed during the whole tour, from the picking up to the dropping off.
We give you warm overall but you are responsible for wearing appropriate clothes.
CANCELLATION
All bookings cancelled at least five days before the tour get 100 % refund, 48 hours before the tour will get 70 % refund, 24 hours before the tour gets 50% refund.
All bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the tour will not be refunded. No refund when the participant doesn’t show up, or didn’t provide the updated mobile phone number an email. The same is the case if the participant is more than 15 minutes late.
Amazing Arctic Tours keeps the right to cancel a tour at any time due to minimum booking numbers, bad weather, dangerous roads, illness or technical problems with the vehicles. When Amazing Arctic Tours cancels a tour you will be offered a tour on another day or full refund will be done.
No refund if we don’t see the lights.
