You will be picked up at the meeting point, and taken out of the city lights and into darkness of the fjords, forests and mountains. We know the best places in the region and cover a 300 km wide area even deep inside Finland. Your guide will choose the best spot for that night and take you there.

While waiting for the aurora we will serve hot chocolate with cookies for a warm and sweet start, and set up a bonfire (if the weather allows).

Your guide will share with you the facts, fictions, traditions, believes and superstitions about the Northern lights.

By appearing of Aurora your guide will take professional pictures and share it with you for free the next day. We will also help you to get the best out of your own cameras and even mobile phones. So start to learn how to set the manual focus, ISO, long exposure, aperture and white balance. Contact us if you have any question.

After the tour we will bring you back to your hotels inside the city center. For accommodations outside of the city center you can book our affrodable drop-off service on the Tromsø island or another outside of the Tromsø island.
